Our professional programmes are intensive culinary courses that have emerged from decades of information and material that have been taught in different parts of the world. SCAFA is proud to present what we consider the most innovative and comprehensive culinary courses available to date.

Our school in Lahore runs under the tutelage of chefs from around the world. SCAFA is the only professional cooking school in Pakistan to offer internationally accredited Professional and Amateur programs, driven by a foreign faculty.

  • Fundamentals Of Cuisine

    A class for the serious enthusiast, this is a structured programme that can be taken as a whole 10-class programme, or, students can attend any class that appeals (e.g. the class on fish and crustaceans or pasta). Classes are for a duration of 3-4 hours.

    Marie-Antoine Carême (1783-1833) said "The fine arts are five in number, namely: painting, sculpture, poetry, music, and architecture, the principal branch of the latter being pastry." Pastry, baking, desserts and chocolate have always been constant topics and trends for food enthusiasts. At SCAFA, we have designed a programme that can be taken as a series or individual classes, focusing purely on the basics and fundamentals of baking and desserts.

    Scafé is the student training restaurant of SCAFA, Lahore’s School of Culinary and Finishing Arts.

    The menu at Scafé Lahore offers our diners a seven-course culinary experience, served twice daily. The chef prepares and plates the food live, while explaining the cooking process.
